Who qualifies?
Homeowners or Private Tenants with electrically heated homes in receipt of a qualifying benefit. This is not available if you live in Council or Housing Association accommodation.
How is it free?
The government need to meet their targets on reducing carbon emissions. Replacing old, inefficient or broken electrical heating is one way which helps them to achieve that. They pass these obligations onto energy firms to arrange the work. This means there is potentially up to £36k worth of grants available per household.
What is the catch?
There is none! Whether you are accepted or rejected there is no cost to you. Simply complete the eligibility form and we will check if you qualify. Even if you qualify, there is no obligation to complete the work.
